Residency Denial

When an applicant has not met the 15-day county residency requirement, the EW will do the following:

• Interview the client ["Intake Interview Process"].
• Deny the case for residency and send the GA 118 NOA.
• Add a reminder in CalSAWS for the 16th day of the applicant's county residency [JA "Reminder Detail"].
• Rescind and reevaluate the case in CalSAWS on the 16th day [CB 23-35].
• Send the appropriate NOA.
