Changes
The Telephonic Signature Intake Script (SCD 2468) and the Telephonic Signature Interview Re-evaluation Scripts for CW and CF have been consolidated into one all-inclusive Interview Script for CW &CF. The CalFresh Work Rules Oral Script has been added as outlined in the CalFresh Update 2024-10: Work Rules Oral Script & CF 886.
The recorded Rights & Responsibilities found in CalSAWS must be used at both Intake and Continuing for the CalWORKs (CW), CalFresh (CF), or CW/CF combo cases when conducting an application interview or a Re-evaluation interview. The pre-recorded county Rights & Responsibility extensions for CW and CF will be decommissioned on 10-21-2024.
Forms
The Interview Script for CW & CF replaces the Telephonic Signature Interview Re-evaluation Scripts for CW and CF and is found in the Scripts section under Resources. The Telephonic Signature Intake Script (SCD 2468) is obsolete as of 10-17-2024. The Interview Script for CW &CF is currently only available in English. Translated versions in Spanish and Vietnamese will be posted once they are available.
Other Programs
This does not affect General Assistance (GA) or GA/CF combo cases business processes.
