An individual may receive CFET services if he/she:

- Is a resident of Santa Clara County,
- Is age 16 or older (there are additional requirements to serve 16-17 year olds), and
- Is timed-out from CalWORKs/TANF or has never received CalWORKs.
An individual may not receive CFET services if he/she:

- Is receiving CFAP,
- Is receiving CalWORKs/TANF, or

All CalFresh participants who need to meet their work requirements may be referred to one of the CFET Third-Party Partners.

Exempt ABAWDs and non-ABAWDs may be referred to a Third-Party Partner upon client’s request.
