Background

Fleeing felons are ineligible for CalWORKs.

Changes

Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 345, the Excluded Persons topic of CalWORKs Handbook Chapter 17: AU Composition has been revised to clarify how a person is determined to be a fleeing felon.
