If your issue is not resolved on your first contact with the SSA Help Desk, please:

  1. Obtain a ticket number from the Help Desk staff, and
  2. Contact the CFET Program Coordinator via phone or email, provide the ticket number and explain the issue. The CFET Program Coordinator will follow up with the SSA Help Desk to resolve the issue (County Contacts).
