Methods of Conducting an Assessment
An assessment can be completed in a variety of ways. Some Third Party Partners use a one or two-page form that the client completes, while others allow the CFET staff to objectively assess the client in person. Some Third-Party Partners contract with other related programs such as WIOA, One-Stop Career Centers, etc. or non-government agencies to provide a more comprehensive assessment. Regardless of how the assessment is completed, the following is a list of skills/knowledge that could be examined with suggested assessment tools.
