2.3 CalFresh Maximum Resource Limits
The chart below is effective 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023.
| Household Type | Maximum Amount |
| Households with at least one member who is age 60 or older and/or is disabled | $4,250 |
| All other households | $2,750 |
2.3.1 Substantial Lottery or Gambling Winnings Limit
Substantial lottery and gambling winnings are defined as being equal to or over the current elderly and/or disabled resource limit.
