2016 Historical Rate
Effective July 1, 2016, all Foster Care, KinGAP and AAP placements will receive the CNI increase of 2.76 percent. ACL 16-57 authorized rate increases for Foster Care, Kin-GAP and ACL 16-55 authorized rate increases for AAP effective July 1, 2016. The infant supplement rate is increased by $489 per month effective July 1, 2016.
The Department of Developmental Services approved rates in the Community Care Facilities, also known as the SARC rates, effective July 1, 2016. Also effective July 1, 2016 is the establishment of two different rates dependent on the amount of beds per facility.
