Confidential or Sensitive Cases
Policy
Confidential cases are primarily maintained by a designated worker at continuing district offices. Cases that require handling as confidential or sensitive cases must be assigned to the OMC for appropriate management. Sensitive cases may be assigned to any district office. District Office Managers have the discretion to designate confidential and sensitive cases. Also refer to the Confidential and Sensitive Cases topic in Chapter 5 of DEBS BP Handbook.
