Background

With the implementation of CalSAWS and continued improvements made through CalSAWS Releases, system functionality allows for changes in considering case assignments during the application registration process for adding a program.  

Changes

The section for Case Rules in the topic of Add a Program in Chapter 8 was revised. An Exceptions list was added to the end of the Case Rules section. 

Other Handbooks

The information under the Change of Case from One Category to Another section in the topic of General Case Categories of DEBS BP Handbook Chapter 8 has been aligned with the Clerical Handbook.
