California EBT Client Website
The “California Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Client Website” provides information in both English and Spanish and is available to all users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no charge. The website address is https://www.ebt.ca.gov/cardholder/.
The California EBT Client Website provides secure access to account information so cardholders can quickly:
- Obtain their account balances,
- View transaction history,
- Check claim status,
- Find places to use their EBT card (including surcharge-free cash access locations), and
- Obtain general information about EBT services.
Cardholders are also able to call the toll-free Client Helpline telephone number (877) 328-9677 and speak to a CSR to receive help with website functions.
Change Password
Cardholders are able to change their password at any time, for any reason on the Change Password screen. The cardholder must know his/her old password to use this screen.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Cardholders who wish to report a lost, stolen, or damaged card can obtain information from the EBT Client website.
