Changes in Eligibility Criteria

The client is required to report any changes in eligibility criteria. Changes may include:

  • Add a household member (birth, adoption, marriage, etc.)
  • Remove a household member
  • Change in incarceration status
  • Change in health coverage
  • Change in citizenship/immigration status
  • Change in household contact information
  • Change in name
  • Change in income (employment, self-employment, or other income)
  • Change in deductions
  • Tax information

Note: Changes for APTC, CSR, and QHP should be reported within 30 days of the event.
