Changes in Eligibility Criteria
The client is required to report any changes in eligibility criteria. Changes may include:
- Add a household member (birth, adoption, marriage, etc.)
- Remove a household member
- Change in incarceration status
- Change in health coverage
- Change in citizenship/immigration status
- Change in household contact information
- Change in name
- Change in income (employment, self-employment, or other income)
- Change in deductions
- Tax information
Note: Changes for APTC, CSR, and QHP should be reported within 30 days of the event.
