FPL Programs
Due to the expansion of Medi-Cal (MC) and the increased income limits, many individuals who previously qualified for the Non-MAGI FPL programs now qualify for MAGI MC, however, the FPL programs can be applied upon the client’s request for a Non-MAGI evaluation.
Note: Individuals who request a Non-MAGI evaluation can also request a MAGI evaluation at any time.
