Refugees Discontinued from SSI
For Refugees that are discontinued from SSI, follow the Craig v. Bontá procedures.
Reminder: If the SSI discontinuance occurs prior to twelve months, Refugees are entitled to receive medical overage under RMA until the twelve-month period has ended.
