Retroactive RMA/EMA Eligibility
RMA eligible individuals are eligible for retroactive eligibility to the same extent as MC beneficiaries, provided that:
- They apply within their RMA period
- All RMA eligibility requirements are met during the retroactive months
- The retroactive months are within their RMA 8-month eligibility period.
Paris Douve is granted asylum in 9/2016 and applies for MC in 10/2016. She is found eligible for 09/2016.
