Recipient Inquiry Screens
Recipient inquiry screens are usually requested via the Client Inquiry Request (INQR) screen, but may also be requested from other screens such as the Whole Case Inquiry Request (INQW), File Clearance Inquiry (INQN), etc.
INQR - Client Inquiry Request
The Client Inquiry Request (INQR)Client Inquiry Request (INQR) is the main menu used to obtain online client information from the MEDS/CDB database via one of the following identifiers:
- MEDS-ID (SSN or pseudo number)
- CIN (Client Index Number)
- County-ID (14-digit county number), or
- HIC-NO (consists up to 12 characters).
To Obtain
- The [INQR] screen is displayed upon signing on to MEDS, or
- From the [MENU] screen, select option ‘R’ and press Enter, or
- From a blank MEDS screen, type INQR, or
- Press the <F12> function key.
