0842 - SSN-VER Request Was Resubmitted by MEDS

This alert is generated, when a MEDS record with active eligibility that has an unverified SSN-VER code, or where the verified SSN-VER Code has been removed, at the renewal to notify the County a new SSN validation process is initiated in attempting to verify the SSN again.

Action Required

The alert is informational only. Refer to MEDS HB Chapter 11 for how to resolve the alert 9578 if the SSN-VER code has not updated to a verified code (i.e., A) at the following renewal from the month the alert 0842 was generated.
