2208 - Date Conflicts With Existing Incarceration - Pre-Rej

This alert for overlapping multiple incarceration period is generated when the batch EW32 transaction contains a Release Date or Correction Release Date that is prior to any Incarceration Date on the INQU screen.

Action Required

• Check MEDS INQU screen and confirm Incarceration and Release Date(s).
• If an open incarceration needs to be closed, submit the Release Date to close the open period and submit prior to adding a new open period.
• If the Incarceration Date needs to be corrected, follow corrections procedures.
