9516 - Ongoing Medi-Cal Eligible needs SSN reported to MEDS - Urgent

This alert is generated at MEDS renewal when all of the following conditions exist

• A client, who has an exempt status code in their citizenship and/or identity document type, no longer qualifies for an exempt status and,
• Does not have an SSN reported to MEDS, and
• Remains eligible for Medi-Cal in the renewal month.

Action Required

To resolve this MEDS alert, the EW must enter the social security number, citizenship and/or identity information in CalSAWS, an AP 19 must be requested accordingly.
