Alien Eligibility Code. This data element identifies the codes used by SSA and the counties to identify those non-citizens who are affected by the requirements of the Welfare Reform Act of August 1996. It also identifies those Victims Of Severe Forms of Trafficking who are receiving state-funded
Medi-Cal under SB 1569. This field can be viewed from the INQE screen.
