Citizenship Correction Indicator. Required to correct citizenship document information previously reported to MEDS. Enter C (correct) or R (remove) on the AP19 screen.

For corrections, the correct document type must be entered at the same time and, if required based on the document type, the correct document number.

For removals, the erroneous document type and if present, the document number currently on MEDS must be entered.
