Medicare Modernization Act (MMA) Part D Start Date. This data element identifies the date a beneficiary is enrolled in Medicare Part D, the Medicare Prescription Drug benefit program. The MMA Part D Start Date is provided by CMS on the MMA Enrollment Response File. This field can be viewed from the INQL screen.
