MEDICAID-TEST-IND

Medicaid Test Indicator Code. This data element identifies the basis for determining that an individual in payment status N01 or E01 should be considered an SSI recipient for the purpose of determining Medicaid eligibility. According to SDX documentation, codes of A, B and F generate a Medicaid Eligibility Code of C on the SDX file and codes of C, D, E, G. H, J, K, L and M generate a Medicaid Eligibility Code of R on the SDX file. This field can be viewed from INQX screen.
