Received From/Referred To Entity. This data element identifies the entity that an application was received from or referred to. This field is used in conjunction with the application status and application status date and can be viewed from the INQP screen.

MB	Medi-Cal Eligibility Branch, State of California
OP	Other program not specifically identified
SL	School Lunch Program

The Received From/Referred to Entity is used when reporting an Application Status of ‘R’ (referred to another entity), or ‘S’ (received from another entity).
