Background

CalSAWS has a three-minute recording time limit for non-contact center agents. Originally both the Re-evaluation summary and the Telephonic Signature attestation were to be recorded in CalSAWS.


Change

Due to the limited recording time, only the Telephonic Signature attestation will be recorded in CalSAWS. The following reference materials have been revised:


The CalSAWS Rights & Responsibilities must be used when conducting a CalWORKs and CalFresh Re-evaluation via Telephonic Signature. The complete Re-evaluation, including the recording of the attestation must be done completely through CalSAWS.
