Administrative Review

A participant who is dissatisfied with the decision made by the Fair Hearing Officer may request an Administrative Review by the Director of the Social Services Agency. The request must be filed within 15 days after the notification of the decision made by the Fair Hearing Officer. Refer to Administrative Review Process
