SAR 7 and Overpayments
Semi Annual Report (SAR 7)
Use the following table to determine if the RCA/ECA/TCVAP Cash Assistance recipient is required to submit a SAR 7 or not:

Overpayments
If RCA/ECA/TCVAP Cash Assistance recipients receive more months of aid than they are eligible for, Social Services Benefits Specialists (SSBSs) must follow CalWORKs program rules to establish and recoup overpayments. Refer to Overpayments - Rules for more information.
