Background

Previously, each District Office had the appropriate Clerical or Management Analyst manually create tasks for EWs to review the Native TANF Program (NTP) Report and take action.

Effective January 1, 2025, these tasks will be auto-created. Tasks to complete a TOA Review Referral (SCD 146) for each aided adult will also be auto-created.

Changes

CalWORKs Handbook Chapter 4: Native TANF Program has been revised.

Reference Materials

The Guide to Reading the Native TANF Program (NTP) Report has been updated and posted on the Program Reference Materials page under Eligibility Reference Material for Staff > Native TANF.
