2.8 Minimum Wage in Santa Clara County
Effective January 1, 2023, the State minimum wage increased to $15.50 an hour regardless of the size of the employer/company. As a result, the Santa Clara County cities and towns listed below have adjusted their minimum wage effective January 1, 2023; with the exception of the City of Milpitas, which adjusts its minimal wage on July 1, of every year.
