Processing Documents and Other Support Service Procedures

Documents or reports received by the mail room must be identified (ID) and forwarded to the appropriate worker. Any unidentifiable documents or reports must be routed to the Client Services Technician (CST) or the OMC for further research. Examples of documents and reports received by the DEBS offices are: 

  • Birth Certificates
  • SAR7/MSR Reports
  • MEDS Alerts
  • Client Verifications
  • Various State Reports.
