Clients can now request an EBT card replacement through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. Chapter 6 of the Clerical Handbook has been revised to include subsection EBT Card Replacement Request via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

Data Systems

Santa Clara County Contact Center IVR system has been updated. For system-related entries, refer to Chewable Byte CB 2024-93: EBT Card Replacement Request via the Contact Center's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System.
