Customer Support and Resources
The SAVE Program offers a variety of customer support options, training and resources that are available to all users on the Navigation Menu’s Help tab. The Help drop-down menu contains the following links: “View Resources”, “Take Tutorial” (which is currently unavailable) and “Contact Us”. Additionally, on the SAVE Home page, users have access to resources and contact information using Quick Links “Resources” and “Contact Us.”Quick Links “Resources” and “Contact Us.”
Selecting “View Resources” from the Help drop down menu or “Resources” from the Quick Links users have access to a variety of materials and guides such as:

- SAVE System User Guide
- Fact Sheets
Selecting “Contact Us” from the Help drop-down menu or “Contact Us” from the Quick Links users have access to a variety of SAVE customer assistance information:

SAVE users may check on the status of a pending Form-845 or SAVE Verification Case.
Please provide the SAVE Case Verification Number.
