Transportation-Related Expenses (TRE) Introduction

SCC provides maximum supportive services to clients to assist their efforts towards becoming self-sufficient.

TRE are available to cover public transportation such as, adult and youth bus fare, train fare, adult and youth bus passes.

TRE is also provided for car pool expenses, mileage reimbursement, and parking fees.

Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) Trip Planning

VTA provides trip planning information via their Trip Planning Tool: https://tripplanner.vta.org/planner

The tool helps explore best travel options. It allows multi modal transportation options, and includes inter-modal trip planning (i.e., one trip using bicycling and transit combined).

Real-time vehicle information is included in the trip details for those vehicles in the trip.
