Wraparound

The Wraparound program was created to provide family-centered, strength-based alternatives to Group Home placements in California. State Foster Care funds are used to provide intensive individualized services to eligible children and their families to avoid more restrictive and costly placements. The services are tailored (wrapped around) the child’s individual needs.
