Case Assignments

Intake cases are normally assigned on a rotation bases except RC, VP, and LG. RCs, VPs and LGs are equally distributed among the intake FC EWs. All continuing cases are assigned equally to all continuing EWs according to individualized caseload standard per the 648 report except for confidential cases. Confidential cases are assigned equally among the continuing FC EW IIIs.

1. Triage/DFCS JPD
   1. Forwards documents ready for case assignment to the FC In-box.
2. FC Clerical
   1. Reviews the documents.
      1. If documents are from Triage, then assigns the case to the appropriate Intake FC EW.
      2. If the documents are from DFCS/JPD for Open Case, then assigns a task to the assigned FC EW.
      3. If the documents are for Open Confidential Cases, then assigns task Cont'g. FC EW III.
