Lobby Drop In

  1. Client/Lobby Personnel
    1. Client in the lobby:
      1. Contacts FC Clerical on designed FCE phone or requests help at front desk.
    2. Lobby Personnel:
      1. Calls FC Clerical for client.
  2. FC Clerical
    1. Calls received from the lobby.
      1. If the FC Clerical receives a message that the worker will not be in, then alters the unit Officer of the Day (OD) that the worker is out.
      2. If drop-in client is in the office, then
        1. Contacts FC OD EW and advises them client is in the lobby.
        2. Contacts assigned EWS or buddy EWS (whomever is available) when FC OD EW is not available.
