Lobby Drop In
- Client/Lobby Personnel
- Client in the lobby:
- Contacts FC Clerical on designed FCE phone or requests help at front desk.
- Lobby Personnel:
- Calls FC Clerical for client.
- Client in the lobby:
- FC Clerical
- Calls received from the lobby.
- If the FC Clerical receives a message that the worker will not be in, then alters the unit Officer of the Day (OD) that the worker is out.
- If drop-in client is in the office, then
- Contacts FC OD EW and advises them client is in the lobby.
- Contacts assigned EWS or buddy EWS (whomever is available) when FC OD EW is not available.
- Calls received from the lobby.
