Options to Process Disability Evaluation Referral Packets

At the client’s request, MC 223/223C, and the MC 220 can be completed using one of the following three options:

• The MC 223/223C and the MC 220s can be mailed to the client to be completed, signed and returned to the EW.
• The client may request a face-to-face interview to complete the MC 223/223C and the MC 220s.
• The EW can complete the MC 223/223C through a telephone interview with the client. Then the MC 223 or MC 223C and MC 220s can be mailed to the client to be signed, dated and returned to the EW.
