  • BCCTP: Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program
  • BYN: Medicare Buy-In XVI (Title XVI {16}) System
  • CATS: Common Application Transaction System
  • CDB: Central Data Base - mainly displaying CalFresh information
  • CHDP Gateway: Child Health and Disability Prevention Program - Gateway
  • CWS: County Welfare System
  • EDD: Employment Development Department (unemployment department)
  • FAME: Fiscal Intermediary Access to Medi-Cal Eligibility
  • FTB: Franchise Tax Board. FTB provides income, earnings, and other tax information to various welfare programs
  • HAP/FPACT: Family Planning Access to Care and Treatment
  • HAP/HOME: Homeless Assistance Payments
  • HCP: Health Care Plans
  • HIS: Health Insurance System (OHC - Other Health Coverage)
  • IEVS: Income and Eligibility Verification System
  • MMA: Medicare Modernization Act. Drug benefit (Medicare Part D)
  • SAVE: Systematic Alien Verification to Entitlement System
  • SCI: Statewide Client Index
  • SOC: Share of Cost
  • SSA: Social Security Administration - Federal government level
  • TEST MEDS Acceptance Testing System
  • TRAC/WDTIP: Tracking Recipients Across California/Welfare Data Tracking Information Project, administered by DSS.
