9569 - Current Elig Conflict - Mult Medi-Cal in Mult Segments - Urgent

This renewal alert is generated when more than one active full-scope Medi-Cal/Medi-Cal-linked aid code is on a beneficiary's record at Renewal (i.e. P7 & T3, T2 & 2C, T3 & E6, 3R/2C, etc.) There should be one full-scope Medi-Cal/Medi-Cal-linked aid code, active on the beneficiary's record, with the exception of:

• FFY Aid Code: 4M, and
• MCIEP Aid Codes: F1, F2, F3, F4, G0, G1, G2, G9, G3, G4, G5, G6, G7 G8, J1, J2, J3, J4, J5, J6, J7, J8, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, N0, N5, N6, N7, N8, N9.

Action Required

• Review the beneficiary’s records to determine which record in MEDS has the correct eligibility.
• Take necessary actions to discontinue an inappropriate full scope aid code in CalSAWS/MEDS.
  • If need to request termination for CCHIP or MCAP program, EW shall send a secured email to SPELiaisons@maximus.com
• Enter journal entry for actions taken.
