This renewal alert is generated at the fifth month on an individual’s MEDS record with the CalWORKs FR aid code 4P or 4R, to notify the county that the six-month time limit is ending.

Action Required

Review the FR case at the six-month period to determine whether aid code 4P or 4R may be transitioned to appropriate cash aid code, or extended beyond the six-month time limit.
