9827 - Over 12 Months of Age - App Determination Overdue

This alert is generated when an infant deemed eligible via the CHDP Gateway enrollment is over one year of age and remains in 8U or 8V aid code. This alert will display on the Exception Eligible report.
Alert messages 9034 and 9535 were previously issued, but corrective actions have not been taken to add the newborn to mom’s case for Medi-Cal.

Action Required

• Follow the same instructions used for 9535 - Deemed Newborn Over 10 Months, Redetermination Needed - Priority Alert
