Santa Clara County Internal CFET Program
The SCC CFET program is a voluntary program that requires all participants to adhere to State and Federal CFET requirements.
The SCC CFET program is administered internally through the SCC General Assistance Vocational Services (VS). Participants who can work are referred to a CFET Orientation and are expected to comply with all the CFET rules and regulations in order to successfully complete their CFET plan goals.
The SCC CFET program components are:
- Non-Education, Non-Work Components
- Supervised Job Search
- Work Components
- Workfare
This handbook provides CFET Third-Party Partners information about the CFET Third-Party Partnership model within Santa Clara County and the basic outline for administering the CFET Third-Party Partner model in existing employment & training programs. The SCCSSA oversees the SCC CFET program both internally through the General Assistance Vocational Services and externally through the County's existing CFET Third-Party Partners.
