Job Readiness Assessment

Assessment is the activity designed to assist clients in identifying an appropriate career goal. A client’s aptitudes are measured using standardized instruments. These aptitudes are reviewed with the client’s interests and are evaluated during the individualized interview(s). Observations from service providers or employers are other behavioral measurements taken into consideration during assessment.
