INXC - County-ID Cross Reference Report

Displays all County-IDsDisplays all County-IDs (14-digits) and CCNs(10-digits CalHEERS case number followed by ‘CH’) reported to the MEDS Network for the MEDS-ID requested.
Also displays all MEDS-IDs previously used by this recipient, including any chained IDs (frozen records).
The 98 in the County-ID field indicates that a frozen record exists on MEDS with the chained MEDS-ID listed immediately after (e.g., 98-9XXXXX38P).
The 99 in the County Code field identifies a previously used MEDS-ID with the previously used MEDS-ID listed immediately after (e.g., 99-9XXXXX38P).

To Obtain

Choose Option ‘C’ from the Cross Reference File Inquiry Request [INXR] screen, or
Type ‘XC’ in the Option field of any recipient inquiry screen (INQM,INQ1, INQT, etc.).
