INXN - Name Cross Reference Report

• Displays all the namesDisplays all the names reported to MEDS/CDB for the MED-ID entered.

  
  

• Also displays the birthdate, the alias/SSA name code, and the county code of the county that first reported the name.

To Obtain

• Choose Option ‘N’ from the Cross Reference File Inquiry Request [INXR] screen, or
• Type ‘XN’ in the Option field of any recipient inquiry screen (INQM,INQ1, INQT, etc.).
