INXX - Client INDEX Number Cross Reference Report

• Displays allDisplays all CINs reported to MEDS/CDB for the MEDS-ID requested including a ‘bad’ CIN after combining the two MEDS record via an EW11 online transaction.

  
  

• FROZEN IND ‘F’ indicates the CIN is frozen (‘bad’). 

To Obtain

• Choose Option ‘X’ from the Cross Reference File Inquiry Request [INXR] screen, or
• Type ‘XX’ in the Option field of any recipient inquiry screen (INQM,INQ1, INQT, etc.).
