INQS - Client Inquiry Summary

The [INQS] screen appears[INQS] screen appears after the [INQR] screen is completed and the Enter key is pressed. It lists the inquiry options that contain data for the client entered on the [INQR] screen.


To Obtain

  • From the [INQR] screen, enter either the MEDS-ID, CIN, County-ID or HIC Number and press Enter, or
  • From the [INQN] screen (Statewide File Clearance Report), type ‘S’ before the selected client’s record and press Enter, or
  • From the [INQW] screen (Whole Case Report), enter 2 digit county code in the COUNTY field and case number in the SERIAL field; type ‘S’ before the selected client’s record and press Enter, or
  • From the [INWS] screen (MEDS Online Worker Alert Summary), type ‘QS’ on the Option field and press Enter, or
  • From the [HOLD] screen (Hold Online Worker Alert Summary), type ‘QS’ on the Option field and press Enter.
     

NOTE:

  • Only those inquiry options containing data for the requested client (ID entered on the INQR) will be listed, although any valid option may be entered.
  • Based on statistical analysis, the Primary (QM), Special 1 (Q1), CalFresh (QF), Special 2 (Q2), Special 3 (Q3) options are listed first. Other inquiry options will be listed alphabetically. Refer to the “Table of Inquiry Options” below for a list of options.
  • “ADDITIONAL OPTIONS” are displayed when there is not enough space to list all inquiry options containing data.
  • Inquiry options which do not contain data for the requested client are not displayed on the [INQS] summary list; however, these options are available by entering a valid two character option (e.g. “QH” for Health Care Plans 1 thru 3).
  • Enter the two character option to access the desired recipient inquiry screen.
  • Press the <F7> function key to move backward for viewing each inquiry option containing the client’s data displayed on [INQS] screen.
  • Press the <F8> function key to move forward for viewing each inquiry option containing the client’s data displayed on [INQS] screen.
  • Press the <F3> function key to return to the [INQR] screen.
  • Press the <F13> function key to access the table of valid options help screen from the [INQS] or any inquiry option screens (e.g., INQM, INQF, etc.).
