External Service Providers
The County of Santa Clara has partnered with outside agencies also known as Third Party Partners (TPP)s which provide a variety of services to participants with the goal of achieving and maintaining self-sufficiency.
CFET Third-Party Partners
CalFresh Employment and Training (CFET assists CalFresh participants who are not Able Body Adults Without Dependents (ABAWDs) and/or are exempt from ABAWDs requirements.
Vocational Services (VS) Employment Counselors (EC) may utilize these agencies as service provides and may refer VS participants who also receive CF and are not ABAWDs or are exempt ABAWDs to receive services and help in meeting their employment requirement and goals for both GA and CalFresh. VS ECS may refer participants as appropriate to receive services such as:
- Supervised Job Search
- Job Retention
- Internships
- Work Experience
- Subsidized Employment
- Apprenticeships
- Pre-Apprenticeships
- On-the-Job-Training
- Education
- Career and Technical Education (Vocational Training)
- English Language Acquisition (ESL)
- Adult Basic Education (High School Equivalence)
- Integrated Education Training
- Job Readiness Training.

work2future assists individuals to obtain the skills they need to gain employment, get a promotion or start a new career. work2future offers resume building, job search training and one-on-one career coaching. Referrals to wor2future must be completed using the DEBS Referral App located in the SSA Applications webpage for all individuals who would like to participate.
Monitoring Participation
Participants' compliance with CFET TPPs and wor2future must be monitored by VS on a monthly basis, following internal business process.
