IN9S - Federal/State MEC Summary Screen
- Displays a listDisplays a list of all 1095-B Forms for MC beneficiaries whether they are originals, reprints, corrections, cancellations, undeliverable or the Notice for Requested Action (NFRA).
- Reprints, corrections and NFRA mailings display the PROCESS DATE. The PROCESS DATE indicates the date the reprint or correction is scheduled to be sent to the vendor for printing and mailing, if any reprints requested or corrections generated. The batch file is sent for printing and mailing no less than once a month.
- A "CANCELLED" notation in the PROCESS DATE field indicates that a correction Form 1095-B was generated to cause the pending print record to be cancelled. The "CANCELLED" Form 1095-B request can occur for MEDS Address (M), Correction (C), and Tax Filer (T) types.
- A blank PROCESS DATE indicates that a reprint request or correction was generated, but not yet sent for printing and mailing.
- When the date displays on the PRINT PROCESS DATE field in the IN9D screen and the PROCESS DATE field, mailing is expected to occur 7 to 10 days after the PROCESS DATE.
- "F" indicator next to the TAX YR field indicates a frozen MEDS record which can be viewed, but not for reprint/correction. The frozen MEDS record occurs when two or more MEDS records are combined and the incorrect record contains historical information that can’t be moved to the correct record. As a result, clients may receive more than one Form 1095-B for the same tax year under both MEDS records.
- A ‘U’ TYP Code with a blank process date indicates that an Original or Correction Form 1095-B was not mailed because the MEDS addresses for the client did not have an address flag of "A", "C", or "W". This will create a daily MEDS alert # 8022 - NO1095-B Mailed - No Mailable Address on MEDS.

- Form 1095-B types are indicated by TYPE code. The TYPE codes are:
- A = MCAP/CCHIP address change
- O = Original Form 1095-B
- C = Correction
- M = Reprint with current MEDS mailing address displayed on IN9S Screen
- N = Notice for Requested Action (NFRA) mailed to a client
- R = Reprint mailing address (historical only - no longer a valid request; use “M” or “T”)
- T = Reprint mailing request sent to a tax filer (address override)
- U = Undeliverable Original or Correction (Data was transmitted to the IRS, but there was no valid mailing address, so no mailing was sent to the beneficiary.)
