IAPP - Application Tracking Inquiry

  • The purpose of the Application Tracking Inquiry database is to display detailed information on each application including disposition, budget and status history.
  • Application information is reported by the counties, Single Point of Entry, CHDP Gateway Pre-Enrollment, and DHCS.
  • Provides the most recent application and up to 50 historical applications of a given individual.
  • The Application Tracking Inquiry consists of a series of four screens:
    • Application Tracking Inquiry Menu
    • Application Tracking Summary
    • Application Tracking Detail
    • Application Tracking Status History.

IAPP - APPLICATION TRACKING INQUIRY MENU

To Obtain

  • Choose Option ‘K’ from the Inquiry Request Menu [MENU] screen, or
  • From a blank MEDS screen, type IAPP and press Enter

IAPP - APPLICATION TRACKING SUMMARY

  • Displays a list of applications that match the search option entered on the Application Tracking Inquiry Menu. Each search matches up to 50 applications.
  • The displayed application summary lines are sorted by Application Date in descending order. If there are multiple matching applications with the same Application Date, they will be further sorted by Birthdate in ascending order.

  • Enter ‘D’ to access the Application Tracking Detail screen
  • Enter ‘S’ to accessEnter ‘S’ to access the Application Tracking Status History screen.


  • On the Application Tracking Summary screen, Press the <F3> function key to return to the Application Tracking Inquiry Menu to initiate another search.

IAPP - APPLICATION TRACKING DETAIL

  • Displays applicant demographics and key update information, plus application details by source including application disposition and budget information.
  • The bottom-half of the screen contains disposition and budget information for each source associated with an application. There are six application sources:
    • County Welfare Department
    • County Welfare Department – CalFresh only
    • DHCS Medi-Cal Eligibility Branch or DHCS Provider Initiated application
    •  Single Point of Entry
    • CHDP Gateway Pre-Enrollment
    • National School Lunch Program Pre-Enrollment.

To Obtain

  • Enter ‘D’ next to the desired application from the Application Tracking Summary screen and press Enter, or
  • Enter ‘D’ in the action field from the Application Tracking Status History screen and press Enter.
  • On the Application Tracking Detail screenApplication Tracking Detail screen, press the <F3> function key to return to the Application Tracking Summary screen to select another application date.


IAPP - APPLICATION TRACKING STATUS HISTORY

To Obtain

  • Enter ‘S’ next to the desired application from the Application Tracking Summary screen and press Enter, or
  • Enter “S” in the action field from the Application Tracking Detail screen press Enter.
